Gran part dels ictus estan causats per un bloqueig abrupte de les art\u00e8ries cerebrals. En no poder arribar la sang al cervell, que transporta els nutrients i l&#8217;oxigen que aquest \u00f2rgan necessita, les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cerebrals es lesionen i poden morir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Destaquem tres recomanacions per portar un estil de vida saludable i reduir aix\u00ed el risc vascular:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Mantenir una alimentaci\u00f3 sana i equilibrada<\/strong>: seguir una alimentaci\u00f3 variada, menjar tres vegades al dia, evitar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s d&#8217;aliments dol\u00e7os i beure cada dia d&#8217;un litre a un litre i mig d&#8217;aigua. Si es beu alcohol, fer-ho amb moderaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Fer exercici f\u00edsic:<\/strong> cremar calories ajuda a controlar els nivells de colesterol i la diabetis i redueix la pressi\u00f3 arterial.
