{"id":30529,"date":"2018-03-16T06:09:29","date_gmt":"2018-03-16T05:09:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rehagirona.artic-dev.com\/reivindiquem-la-importancia-de-dormir-amb-un-posicionament-correcte-en-el-dia-mundial-del-son\/"},"modified":"2019-09-26T17:08:48","modified_gmt":"2019-09-26T15:08:48","slug":"reivindiquem-la-importancia-de-dormir-amb-un-posicionament-correcte-en-el-dia-mundial-del-son","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rehagirona.com\/ca\/reivindiquem-la-importancia-de-dormir-amb-un-posicionament-correcte-en-el-dia-mundial-del-son\/","title":{"rendered":"Reivindiquem la import\u00e0ncia de dormir amb un posicionament correcte en el Dia Mundial del Son"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Com ja vam fer l&#8217;any passat en motiu del <strong>Dia Mundial del Son<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/worldsleepday.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #faaf08\"><strong>World Sleep Day<\/strong><\/span><\/a>), amb l&#8217;entrada <a href=\"\/?p=30793\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #faaf08\"><strong>Amb el lema &#8220;Dormir profundament, i amb un posicionament correcte, nodreix la vida&#8221;, avui celebrem el Dia Mundial del Son<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, avui tornem a reivindicar la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 <strong>estar ben posicionat les 24 hores del dia<\/strong> i no nom\u00e9s durant el dia, tant per a continuar tenint una postura \u00f2ptima com per assegurar-nos aix\u00ed un somni reparador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Uneix-te al m\u00f3n del somni, conserva els teus ritmes per gaudir de la vida&#8221; <\/strong>\u00e9s el lema d&#8217;aquest any, que posa l&#8217;accent en el fet que per tenir una bona salut <strong>\u00e9s important dormir b\u00e9 i durant prou hores,<\/strong> per tenir els nostres tres temps sincronitzats:<br \/>\n\u00b7 L&#8217;intern, que \u00e9s el que marca el nostre rellotge biol\u00f2gic.<br \/>\n\u00b7 El social, que ens imposen les nostres obligacions laborals, familiars i socials.<br \/>\n\u00b7 El ambiental, que est\u00e0 determinat per la llum i foscor generada pel cicle solar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per saber si els teus tres temps estan sincronitzats o necessites ajustar-los<\/strong>, pots fer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.um.es\/cronobiologia\/taller-del-relojero\/autoevaluacion\/test-tres-tiempos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #faaf08\"><strong>aquest test<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, desenvolupat pel Laboratori de Cronobiologia de la Universitat de M\u00farcia.<\/p>\n<p>No ens cansarem d&#8217;insistir que el posicionament nocturn ha de ser de la mateixa qualitat que el di\u00fcrn, ja que probablement passem m\u00e9s temps en posici\u00f3 de dormir que en qualsevol altra. Perqu\u00e8<strong> un mal posicionament nocturn crea un triple problema<\/strong>:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Augmenta l&#8217;<strong>asimetria del cos<\/strong>, podent arribar a la llarga a <strong>distorsionar l&#8217;esquelet<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Propicia que el nen es desperti m\u00e9s vegades, amb la qual cosa <strong>no pot dormir i descansar correctament<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Aix\u00f2 <strong>repercuteix tamb\u00e9 en el somni dels pares<\/strong>, que han d&#8217;atendre.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests fets s\u00f3n especialment greus si tenim en compte un <strong>estudi de la Societat Espanyola del Somni<\/strong>, que afirma, d&#8217;una banda, que <strong>el somni profund \u00e9s un dels tres pilars de la bona salut<\/strong>, juntament amb una dieta equilibrada i l&#8217;exercici regular, i de l&#8217;altra, que <strong>les persones amb un somni profund i sense interrupcions experimenten taxes m\u00e9s baixes d&#8217;hipertensi\u00f3 arterial, diabetis, obesitat i altres malalties cr\u00f2niques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/?p=25164\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #faaf08\"><strong>Dreama<\/strong><\/span><\/a> \u00e9s la soluci\u00f3 ideal a aquest triple problema. Es tracta d&#8217;un matal\u00e0s per al llit que combina suport postural i reducci\u00f3 de la pressi\u00f3, apte tant per a nens com per a adults.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta manera s&#8217;aconsegueix un correcte posicionament del nen durant la nit, que no nom\u00e9s <strong>impedeix que el seu cos es distorsioni<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 que pugui<strong> dormir i descansar correctament<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 repercuteix en els <strong>pares<\/strong>, que poden <strong>dormir m\u00e9s hores<\/strong> al no haver de atendre&#8217;ls en repetides ocasions durant la nit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Mundial de Medicina del Son<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/wasmonline.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #faaf08\"><strong>World Association of Sleep Medicine &#8211; WASM<\/strong><\/span><\/a>) proposa <strong>Les 10 normes d&#8217;higiene del son infantil (fins a 12 anys)<\/strong>:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Anar al llit cada nit a la mateixa hora preferiblement abans de les 21 h.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Mantenir uns horaris de migdiada di\u00fcrna adequats a l&#8217;edat.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Establir una rutina consistent abans d&#8217;anar a dormir.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Fer de l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 un lloc propici per al somni; fresc, fosc i tranquil.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Afavorir que el seu fill s&#8217;adormi de forma aut\u00f2noma.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Evitar l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a la llum brillant a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;anar a dormir i durant la nit i augmentar l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a la llum durant el mat\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Evitar els menjars pesats i l&#8217;activitat vigorosa prop de l&#8217;hora d&#8217;anar a dormir.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Mantenir els dispositius electr\u00f2nics (com ara TV, ordinadors, tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils, etc.) fora de l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 i limitar el seu \u00fas a prop de l&#8217;hora d&#8217;anar a dormir.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Evitar prendre cafe\u00efna, incloent caf\u00e8, te i begudes estimulants.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Mantenir horaris regulars durant el dia, inclosos horaris de menjars.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com ja vam fer l&#8217;any passat en motiu del Dia Mundial del Son (World Sleep Day), amb l&#8217;entrada Amb el [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":30527,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1044],"tags":[1063,1825,1331,1635],"class_list":["post-30529","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articles","tag-24-horas-de-posicionamiento","tag-24-hores-de-posicionament","tag-dreama","tag-rehagirona"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
